On a beautiful Saturday, June 22, at the new Farmington Town Hall, 64 Lindskoog relatives and friends gathered to celebrate the 70th Lindskoog Family Reunion. Those who came the furthest were Ron and Marilyn Wiggerman from Arizona. The oldest attending was Evie Brown, 93, and the youngest was two month old Joseph Alver Greenfield, son of Karl and Jaime Greenfield. Roger and Pat Lindskoog were the only two attending, who still carried the Lindskoog name. There were four there whose maiden name was Lindskoog. They are: Evie Brown, Marilyn Wiggerman, Carol Beckland, and Kirsten Greenfield.
After a bountiful homemade meal, including many vegan dishes, the group picture was taken by David Greenfield. Games followed. Many enjoyed viewing the old photo albums of past reunions and a few pictures of times at “the cottage”. One especially lovely picture was of the young Nils Lindskoog family.
This year’s cost per adult was $8.00, with children free.
