Although I was unable to attend the happy couple’s wedding the weekend before last in La Crosse, I did make the Wedding Reception held in Waupaca this past weekend at Kirsten & David’s place on Melody Lane. It’s really neat to see a young couple, looking forward to all that life has to offer for their new life together. I got a kick out of reading Karl’s facebook post before he got married, saying, “I can’t wait to get married”.
The Waupaca Reception featured a tent behind the house, the wether cooperated beautifully. After filling up on sandwiches, potato salad, some potato chips, and delicious wedding cake, it was time to visit with friends & family.
My Mom, Dad, brother Todd, his wife Lisa, their kids Amanda & Braden, Ken & Jeanette Porrey, their son John, Evie Brown, her daughter Laurie Mielke & son in law Bill, son Dru & his wife Melanie, along with their daughter, Carol & Jim Beckland, their daughter Kelly Hodge & her husband Mike, and Barry & Mary Jo Tomaras were some of the relatives that were there. Along with lots of friends, some of whom I knew, Dawn & Greg Biba and Paul & Linda Luce.

Karl has a job lined up in Chippewa Falls in the music department and possibly as a coach. So after the party it was pretty much time to pack up stuff and head off to get a place in Chippewa Falls. All the Best to Karl & Jaime Greenfield and Welcome to the Lindskoog Family, Jaime!
