News from the Guziecs

Kyle Guziec a senior at Loyola Academy had quite a football season as a middle linebacker this past fall. The Loyola team was 11-1 in the regular season in the very competative Catholic Blue League. They went on to play in the state semi-finals and lost in an extremely close game to Maine South who went on to win the 8A state title. Kyle made all conference first team for the Catholic Blue League. He also was awarded all area in the Pioneer Press North Shore. He has received a full scholarship to play Div. 1 football at The University of South Dakota. So needless to say the Guziec’s will now be Coyote fans in the future. We are looking forward to his official signing day which will be on February 3rd. Kyle’s sister that graduated from the University of Missouri in May 2009, also has football in her blood. She is currently living in St. Louis Missouri and working for the St. Louis Rams as an account executive in sales. Her older brother Doug has hung up his Florida Gator cleats and has been working for Wells Fargo in Chicago the past two years as a money manager and is ready and willing to help any Lindskoog’s with their financial needs. Mom and dad will be empty nesters next year, but Marla is very happy that Gary will have Kyle’s college football to keep him busy. Of course we always have the three dogs to keep us company too!
